Vegan, Chocolate-Chip Ice cream aka "nice cream"

3 Frozen organic bananas

2 tablespoons organic, unsalted, raw almond butter

1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

pinch of Real Salt

1 tablespoon water

1/2 cup cacao nibs

1 teaspoon vanilla powder

Blend until desired texture. eat. smile and share =)

Classic Lebanese Tabbouleh Recipe:


Ingredients:

Italian parsley (1 bunch) finely chopped

Roma tomato(2)

Green bell pepper (1)

Scallions (4-5 stalks)

Lemon juice (1/2 cup)

Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1/4 cup) 

Bulgar wheat (1/4 cup)

Real Salt ( 1-2 tsp, *to taste) 

Ground black pepper(1 tsp)

Mint Leaves (5-7 leaves, finely chopped)

Diana's EPIC Salad recipe! 

Ingredients:

Romaine Lettuce
Spinach
Kale
Tomato
Cucumber
Avocado
Carrot
Yams
Pumpkin Seeds
Sunflower Seeds
Red Onion
Garbanzo Beans
Olives (optional)
*** Preferably all organic produce.

Wash and chop all ingredients, add to bowl. Add as much of each as suits you or those you are feeding. 
I like to roast my seeds in a pan, on medium, with a little coconut oil and Real Salt.(or you can use them raw, it's totally up to you.)

High protein, high fiber, high vitamins and minerals, alkalizing, cancer fighting, low glycemic, cholesterol lowering, Vitamins E, A, B,C,D, and Iron.

Italian Herb Spice Blend 
***Preferably all organic ingredients.

This recipe is all about YOU! Add these spices, citrus, apple cider vinegar to YOUR taste. Some like more lemon, less vinegar, some like lots of garlic, some like less oil. It's all up to you! Play around with the ratios for different flavors! So good and great for you! Guilt free dressing at it's finest!

Vegan, Pizza Tostada! 


Ingredients:    (Makes 2 tostadas)

Whole wheat tortilla or pizza dough, baked until crunchy. 

Organic kidney beans(1 cup)

Chili powder (1 tsp)

Garlic powder (1 tsp)

Real Salt (2 tsp)

Black Pepper (1 tsp)

Extra virgin olive oil(1 tbsp) , Organic Romaine lettuce, Organic tomato, green bell pepper, red onion, avocado and lemon juice(1/4 cup).
